Is the consultation a sales pitch?

No. It’s 20 minutes on the one job that eats your team’s week. You leave with a clear plan, whether or not you work with us.

Can I bring someone to the call?

Yes, and we’d encourage it. Add a partner or your practice manager as a guest when you book, so everyone hears the same plan.

Do we have to change our systems?

Usually not. We start with Microsoft 365 and the software you already use, and only suggest changes where they clearly pay for themselves.

What does it cost?

The call is free. If there is something we can help with, you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
